Mr. Feltre joined the firm after serving as corporate counsel for a publicly traded energy company.
He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Feltre represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of transactional matters, including:

- Serving as outside general counsel, including business organization and corporate governance.
- Advising on matters of title, drafting and preparing easements, licenses, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, and commercial lease work.
- Preparing credit agreements, managing project finance, and negotiating loan workout agreements.
- Preparing employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, collective bargaining agreements, and employee handbooks.
Regulatory
Mr. Feltre assists clients with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), various local, county, state and federal permitting authorities, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC), the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC), and the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).
Representative Litigation Cases
- Successfully negotiated collective-bargaining agreement between national employer and its employees’ union.
- Obtained dismissal of a trade-secret and restrictive-covenant dispute, where an employee was accused of downloading proprietary information to a thumb drive before leaving for a direct competitor.
- Obtained an arbitration award reinstating a union member, with substantial back pay.
- Obtained dismissal of partnership dispute involving a minority shareholder seeking to appoint a receiver and dissolve the business.
- Obtained an arbitration award against a large commercial builder for breach of contract.
- Successfully petitioned a regulatory body for post-certification changes to a power plant’s operating permit.
- Successfully negotiated favorable settlements for clients engaged in business and commercial litigation.
- Successfully negotiated and closed real estate and business transactions for clients.
