Land Development
With the downturn in the real-estate market that we have been experiencing, many large transactions and land developments around Arizona and the country have run into serious financial problems. These financial problems have led inevitably to legal problems as the parties try to sort out the very complex issues surrounding large real-estate transactions. Since 1977, Munger, Chadwick & Denker has successfully handled many large cases involving complex real-estate matters, helping clients navigate major transactions through the legal system using both litigation and negotiation. Most recently, Munger, Chadwick & Denker partner Thomas (“Tad”) Denker successfully concluded protracted litigation over a major land development in southern Arizona. The case involved multiple hotly contested issues and several international investors, and resolving the litigation in our clients’ favor was a major accomplishment.
Congratulations Tad!
