Munger, Chadwick & Denker Wins Jury Verdict in Construction-Law Case

In a major win, attorney Mark Chadwick obtained a jury verdict in favor of his homeowner client in a case involving construction defects and breach of contract.

In litigation against one of the largest air-conditioning contractors in Arizona, the homeowner alleged that the contractor failed to install an air-conditioning unit properly.  The jury delivered a verdict in favor of the homeowner after a four-day jury trial in which Mr. Chadwick presented evidence establishing that the contractor failed to meet its standard of care in connection with its installation of the air-conditioning unit, including by failing to seal the ductwork properly.
