Personal Background
Mitchell P. Jacobs caught the attention of the firm while in law school in 2021, and has been a valuable member of the team ever since. Mr. Jacobs was born in Flagstaff, moved to Tucson in 2008, and has called Arizona home for his entire life.
Practice Areas
Litigation
Mr. Jacobs has experience in a wide array of litigation practice areas, including commercial, business, and contract disputes, disputes over real estate, challenging and defending trusts and estates, administrative disputes, secured-transaction foreclosures, torts, and civil rights.
Transactional
Mr. Jacobs also has been involved in much of the firm’s transactional practice, including facilitating asset-sale and stock-sale agreements, drafting employment contracts and commercial leases, and organizing various types of business entities and drafting their governance documents.
